We got the brackets and lights from Rigid. The lights were their “drive” beam.
BEFORE
AFTER
DAYTIME
FACTORY HIGH BEAM ONLY
LED FOG LIGHTS ONLY

I think you got the driving lights instead of the fogs. Those will blind any drivers coming from the other direction even worse than the high beams.

These will not be used as fogs.. they are for Off-road use only.

Just making sure you don’t become that guy. I have the lights on my Mini wired up so that they turn off with my high beams.

Nice lights, great for trails, terrible for fog!
Can you aim them at all?

COOOOOOOOL

These are installed using the factory fog wiring so they automatically turn off when I hit the high beams.

Yes we aimed them down a bit to provide a lot of spill light. Here in PHX fog isn’t really an issue so why not?

Oh very cool. Is this the kit? http://www.rigidindustries.com/mounting-options/46567

So cute, they’re like car light dimples.

Tough to get throw when they are so low in the bumper anyways. They look good, and clean install.
I like the idea of LED for slow crawling or camp lights. The ditch light mounts are pretty nice as well..

Yes, however, I bought just the brackets (a different kit on their website) and bought a pair of D Series Drives over the SAE lights.

The best part about this kit is there was no cuttting. I could have it back to stock in about an hour and you would never know they were there.

Ooooooooo.. GIMME GIMME GIMME http://www.rigidindustries.com/led-grilles/40597

very nice, I assume these aren’t DOT highway lights, right? Should be just about perfect for a little extra something on deserted forest roads to keep an eye out for deer and such.

The grille is sweet. Not sure if I’m ready to spend $600 + the cost of a light right now though...

You are correct sir. They will blind anyone coming the other way. I will primarily be using them for desert use, setting up camp etc...

Me either, but in the future... perhaps.

Definitely

The roads around where we live are populated by deer, plowed last, and un-lit. I’ve been thinking of doing something stealthy like this on my car as well
I’ll be putting a lightbar on my snowblower because why the heck not

At this point you can find them on Amazon for $30 so why not right?

Exactly! Plus it’ll be a fun little upgrade. The stock halogen lights are in the wrong spot and aren’t nearly bright enough
